We are looking for a Hindi-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team and help ensure our top Hindi customers get the best service. As our VIP Host, you'll be the heartbeat of our most valuable players' experiences, creating and maintaining strong relationships with VIP clients and ensuring they receive the highest level of service and exclusive benefits.

Your role with us:

As our Hindi-speaking Junior VIP Host, you'll be the face of our online casino, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-value players. You will be an ambassador for the casino, delivering tailored solutions that go above and beyond expectations and making each interaction memorable. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will form the foundation of these connections, building trust and rapport with VIP players.

Note: this role requires working 6 days a week for 6 hours a day.

Your hours and location of work:

• Mon - Friday: Office 9am – 2pm
• Mon - Friday: Home 9pm – 11pm
• Saturday: Home 9am – 2pm and 9pm – 11pm

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high-value clients to determine needs and opportunities
• Understand client objectives and build long-term partnerships
• Manage assigned accounts from start to finish, including ongoing relationship management and follow-up on enquiries
• Identify growth opportunities within the client base and collaborate with VIP teams
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of products aligned with client needs
• Analyze client behaviours and value to the business
• Communicate with VIP players via chat, email, Telegram, and other platforms as required
• Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience
• Collaborate with VIP Manager, Supervisor, and Senior Hosts to support team development

What you will bring:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service environment
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Bilingual in English and Hindi
• Sports or Marketing qualifications preferred but not required
• High level of global sports knowledge
• Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous
• Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Jira, and Intercom
