As a VIP Host, you will be the face of our online casino. This is an exciting opportunity to connect, engage and elevate the experience of our most valuable players.

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative who can build strong relationships with high-value clients and deliver exceptional customer service. As a Junior VIP Host, you will be responsible for ensuring that our top clients receive the highest level of service and exclusive benefits.

Your role will involve building trust and rapport with VIP players through exceptional interpersonal skills. You will be an ambassador for the casino, delivering tailored solutions that go above and beyond expectations and making each interaction memorable.

You will work closely with other departments to improve the customer experience and collaborate with the VIP Manager, Supervisor and Senior Hosts to support team development.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a minimum 1 year experience in a customer service environment. You will need excellent communication and writing skills, as well as bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high-value clients
  • Understand client objectives and build long-term partnerships
  • Manage assigned accounts from start to finish, including ongoing relationship management and follow-up on enquiries
  • Identify growth opportunities within the client base and collaborate with VIP teams
  • Analyze client behaviours and value to the business
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Bilingual in English and Hindi
  • Sports or Marketing qualifications preferred but not required
  • High level of global sports knowledge
