Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage VIP experiences across our festivals and green field events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of VIP experiences, including planning, development, and execution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to source and brief them on décor, food and beverage, and construction requirements.
  • Lead onsite operations from setup to teardown, ensuring premium execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring experiences to life and drive sales.
  • Oversee staffing plans, provide support for local teams, and attend team meetings.
  • Represent the organization at festivals, managing briefings and debriefs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with different stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Proven success in fast-paced event delivery, preferably in the festival or entertainment sector.
  • Ability to manage budgets and drive value from supplier relationships.
  • Leadership experience managing people and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A positive, flexible mindset to adapt to changing situations.
