Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high-value clients
  • Understand client objectives and decision-making processes, forming long-term partnerships
  • Actively manage assigned accounts from start to finish, ensuring all enquiries are followed through
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the client base, collaborating with the VIP team to ensure maximum growth
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of products in line with customer needs and objectives
  • Analysis of client behaviours and overall value to the business
  • Make optimal use of communication tools such as chat rooms, email, and Telegram to engage with VIP players
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese
  • Sports or marketing qualifications preferred but not required
  • High level of global sports knowledge
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
