About the Role

We seek a Customer Service Representative to provide top-tier service to our most valued Hindi clients. As our VIP Ambassador, you'll build connections with our key players, meeting their expectations through empathetic communication.

With your interpersonal skills, you'll forge strong bonds with our VIPs, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated on a personal level.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop lasting relationships with new and existing high-value clients.
  • Understand client objectives and decision-making processes to form long-term partnerships.
  • Actively manage assigned accounts, ensuring all enquiries are followed through.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the client base, collaborating with the VIP team.
