Sydney Harbour Hotel Front Office Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Crystalbrook Collection Hotels.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires you to work closely with our Front Office Manager to maintain a high level of service excellence. You will be responsible for leading, motivating and guiding our front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will play a key role in managing daily operations, sharpening your leadership skills and preparing to step up when needed. As an ambassador for the hotel, you will effectively promote our brand and communicate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the front office team to achieve outstanding guest satisfaction
- Manage daily operations, including room assignments, guest check-ins and check-outs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and loyalty
- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to achieve business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in hospitality, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong IT skills, preferably with experience using Opera PMS
