Job Description:

As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first smile our guests see and the lasting impressions they take with them. Your role is to ensure every guest feels welcomed home, and you will make their time with us remarkable by offering thoughtful, attentive services.

  1. Represent the face of the hotel, offering a warm welcome to every guest who walks through the doors.

You'll follow best practices in all procedures and policies, ensuring seamless service at every touchpoint and committing to the hotel's high standards. You'll also embrace challenges with a smile and proactive approach, always finding ways to make our guests' experiences even better.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, creating magical moments for guests.

You'll hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and thrive on delivering exceptional guest experiences. A true team player, you're always ready to roll up your sleeves and work together to exceed guest expectations.
