Job Title: Front Office All-Rounder

We are seeking a friendly and positive individual to join our Front Office team at Ibis Sydney Darling Harbour as a Casual All-Rounder. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and providing a high level of support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality service to all guests by responding to their requests promptly and efficiently
  • Attend to incoming calls in a professional and polite manner
  • Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts to ensure accurate and timely posting of charges

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • A friendly and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Excellent grooming and presentation standards
  • The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
