About the Role

You will be responsible for the successful operation of the Hotel in the absence of the Front Office and General Manager. Your primary focus will be on delivering a memorable and personalised service to each guest, with a strong emphasis on driving loyalty sign-ups.

You will supervise and manage the front office team while on shift, ensuring effective onboarding and training. This will involve supporting the development of the team and addressing any issues that may arise.
