Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and closing new opportunities in a high-growth market unit. This will involve using a consultative approach to value-based selling, leveraging industry knowledge and enterprise software sales expertise to identify and qualify deals, leading to sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Go-To-Market Strategy for nominated industries
- Prepare and maintain a Territory Plan for agreed verticals
- Prepare Account Plans and action cards for named accounts
- Own the end-to-end sales process, including demand generation, understanding customer needs, agreeing a mutual evaluation process, owning the RFI/RFP process, building a business case for change, and winning business
- 100% Sales Account Executive responsibility for owning annual sales targets and delivering as per quarterly budget
- Liaison with Sales leadership and Global teams to build a strong internal network and collaboration
- Manage and maintain complete CRM hygiene, sales cadence, administration, and reporting to ensure accurate forecasting
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a track record of consistently meeting and over-achieving quota
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to take calculated risks and adapt to changing market conditions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and find support within a matrix-rich organization
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
