Customer Experience Lead

Becoming a Customer Experience Lead at Burberry is an exciting opportunity to take on a supervisory role that combines the skills of a sales associate with leadership capabilities.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales goal attainment.
Your primary focus will be on delivering the Burberry Experience, which involves providing high-value interactions with clients, acting as a quality control supervisor, and motivating sales associates to consistently deliver outstanding service.
You will partner with store management to set goal expectations, deliver formal performance feedback, and resolve difficult customer issues.
A successful Candidate will have previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales, with advanced knowledge of POS systems and proficiency in using digital tools such as Apple mobile devices.
We estimate a salary range between $65,000-$80,000 per annum based on industry standards and market conditions in Melbourne.
In this role, you will be expected to drive the digital experience in-store, effectively communicate business needs, and bring ideas to elevate the business to the next level.
To succeed, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a good understanding of company policies and procedures.
