We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team at SIXT Australia. As a leading car rental company, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide premium customer service, exceeding customer expectations every time
  • Create and sell SIXT products and services, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Handle fines and infringements efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and vehicle breakdowns over the phone and via email
  • Answer customer enquiries, providing accurate and timely information
  • General administrative tasks to support daily operations

What We Need From You:

  • Excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a flair for sales
  • Strong attention to detail, including administration and presentation
  • Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry, although not essential
  • Competent computer skills to perform daily tasks
  • Current, unrestricted full driving licence
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Experience in dealing with customer issues and conflict resolution
  • Ability to multitask during peak periods and work unsupervised
  • Flexible attitude, with shifts including some weekends
