
Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and possess a strong ability to problem solve and think critically.
This role involves working closely with clients throughout the order-to-delivery process, providing administration support across the sales process, preparing and raising customer quotations, generating new sales leads, identifying opportunities for up-selling, and performing systems administration and reporting as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ongoing liaison with clients throughout the order-to-delivery process
- Provide administration support across the sales process
- Prepare and raise customer quotations
- Generate new sales leads, identify opportunities for up-selling
- Problem solving customer queries, discrepancies
- Systems administration and reporting as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office-based customer service role
- Superior verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and proactively respond to changing client needs
- Highly collaborative within a team environment, yet able to work independently
- Able to demonstrate reliability with an outstanding work ethic
