We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on a pivotal role in promoting employee health and wellbeing.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to design and implement strategies that enhance the organisation's approach to supporting the health and wellbeing of employees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute programs and interventions that foster employee wellbeing across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to conduct strategic analysis and drive improvements in health, wellbeing and psychosocial performance and outcomes.
  • Provide high-level support in the delivery of programs and interventions that promote employee wellbeing.
  • Offer expert advice on the application and interpretation of relevant legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A tertiary qualification in an allied health profession or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing wellbeing programs in a complex environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a health and safety function with specific expertise in psychosocial safety and risk management.
