About the Role:

This Business Development Manager position is located in Sydney and reports directly to the National Commercial Sales Manager. Your key responsibilities will include championing targeted customer verticals, driving new business growth, providing strategic direction, managing stakeholder relationships, and embodying our company values.

Key Objectives:

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for commercial brands.
  • Acquire new commercial accounts, grow existing accounts, and provide after-sales support.
  • Achieve industry-leading NPS ratings.
  • Maintain alignment with Bunnings Commercial when required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of 2-5 years working in a customer-facing role from the trade industry.
  • Strong communication skills and team player abilities.
  • Ability to foster and build relationships.
  • Confident in presenting service offerings and solutions to various customers and at events.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively solve customer and product-related issues.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred experience using a CRM system.
  • Intermediate-level understanding of Outlook & Microsoft Office.

Salary Estimate:

Based on the location and requirements, the estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, including a competitive remuneration package and benefits.
