A rare opportunity exists for a seasoned Business Development professional to join our fast-growing team as a Commercial Growth Specialist in Sydney CBD. This challenging position offers excellent working conditions and a chance to build a network of relationships with target customers.
Job DescriptionThis role focuses on new business development, involving prospecting, qualifying leads, and meeting with target customers to design and present solutions that add genuine value. Key tasks include:
- Identifying target customers' needs and alignment
- Closing new business
- Working collaboratively with Management and colleagues to pursue major accounts
- Building relationships with target customers using CRM for pipeline management
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of high-performance record in selling logistics services to large privately owned and corporate customers in Australia. You should possess strong sales and interpersonal skills, be able to deal with objections, and demonstrate very strong self-confidence, attention to detail, and personal drive. Additionally, you will need to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels up to C-suite.

Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
