
Senior Client Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Client Onboarding Lead. The successful candidate will oversee client onboarding across property and private client matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
This is a supervisory position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Carry out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, sanctions checks, and conflict checks
- Review and record identification documents, liaising with clients directly when necessary
- Ensure client care letters, terms of service, and file openings are accurate and completed in a timely manner

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Monitor workflow and performance to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deadlines
- Provide training, onboarding, and guidance to junior team members
- Experience in client services or compliance within the legal sector
- Previous team supervision or mentoring experience
- Confident communication skills with both clients and colleagues
- Knowledge of law firm compliance requirements (AML, SRA, etc.)
