The firm is seeking a skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to oversee client onboarding across property and private client matters. As a key member of the compliance team, this role involves ensuring stellar client service and regulatory standards.
">- Supervise and mentor junior colleagues
- Monitor workflow and performance to meet Service Level Agreements and deadlines
- Provide training, onboarding, and guidance to junior team members
- Escalate issues to the Head of Operations where necessary
This position requires experience in client services or compliance within the legal sector. A confident communicator with both clients and colleagues is essential.
The ideal candidate will have previous team supervision or mentoring experience and knowledge of law firm compliance requirements.

About YouAs a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out AML checks, sanctions checks, and conflict checks. You will review and record ID, liaising with clients directly when needed. You must ensure client care letters, terms of service, and file openings are accurate and on time.
You will also support with file closures and retrievals in line with firm policy.
