Job Overview

This is a pivotal role within our organization, where you will shape the end-to-end client onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of business analysis, risk management, electronic verification, KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding requirements.

Key responsibilities include translating business objectives into clear, detailed requirements for onboarding features and flows, capturing regulatory requirements from multiple jurisdictions, and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Gather and analyze requirements:
      • Work closely with product managers to define precise requirements for onboarding features and flows.
      • Capture and embed regulatory requirements into onboarding journeys.
      • Collaborate with various stakeholders (Compliance, Operations, Marketing, Customer Support) to ensure seamless integration.
    • Process mapping & documentation:
      • Document 'as-is' and 'to-be' onboarding workflows, including signup, KYC/AML, appropriateness test, and deposit processes.
      • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases for the product backlog.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Confluence documentation.
    • Data insights:
      • Analyze key onboarding funnel metrics, including signup conversion rates, KYC pass rates, deposit rates, and first-trade conversion rates.
      • Partner with BI/Business/Product teams to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
      • Provide actionable recommendations backed by data-driven insights and customer feedback.
    • Delivery support:
      • Support engineering teams by clarifying requirements, testing deliverables, and managing dependencies.
      • Conduct thorough UAT for new onboarding features and back-office tooling, ensuring readiness for release.
      • Help prioritize backlog items based on business value and impact.
    • Stakeholder Management:
      • Serve as a liaison between product, compliance, marketing, and customer support teams.
      • Ensure alignment among all teams regarding onboarding initiatives and deliverables.
      • Present findings, reports, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
