Client Onboarding Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Client Onboarding Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire client onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of new clients into our systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust client onboarding program aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to identify and mitigate risks associated with client onboarding.
- Supervise the day-to-day work of the client onboarding team and act as first point of escalation.
- Implement recommendations following audits of compliance and ensure ongoing improvement in processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and implementing AML/CTF compliance programs in a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of AML/CTF laws and regulations, including KYC/CDD processes and systems.
- Intapp knowledge and experience is highly desirable.
- Detailed knowledge of AML/CTF requirements and risks in the legal services industry.
- A bachelor degree or higher qualification preferred; AML/Compliance qualification desirable but not essential.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and productivity tools.
