Business Analyst Role Overview

The goal of this position is to deliver end-to-end client onboarding experiences that are seamless, compliant and optimized for conversion. You will support back-office processes and tools to ensure workflows are operationally efficient and documented.

This role plays a key part in shaping the client onboarding experience across multiple regions and regulatory frameworks. You will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, Compliance, and Operations teams to define requirements, analyze data, and ensure delivery of best-in-class onboarding journeys.

  • You will gather requirements from stakeholders, translate business objectives into clear requirements, and document user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • You will develop and maintain clear documentation of current and future onboarding workflows.
  • You will work with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
About Onboarding Business Analysis
  • This role requires a strong understanding of Risk, Electronic verification, KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding requirements.
  • Experience in business analysis within FinTech is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments and proficiency in documenting workflows and producing acceptance criteria is also desired.
