This position is tasked with overseeing change management initiatives associated with the Terminal Efficiencies Project. Responsibilities include formulating and executing change management strategies that enhance employee engagement and minimize resistance to transitions. The role necessitates collaboration with a diverse team of business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and IT specialists to craft and deploy the change management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, execute, and provide guidance on organizational change management strategies and plans, encompassing various activities such as:
  • Designing effective organizational change management strategies.
  • Conducting change impact assessments (e.g., scope of anticipated changes, affected groups, organizational readiness for change, risks, etc.).
  • Creating organizational change management plans, which include training and communication strategies.
  • Offering insights, documenting requirements, and aiding in the design and delivery of training initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the Manager of Organizational Change and Public Relations/Marketing teams to support the design, development, delivery, and management of both internal and external communications.
  • Managing the expectations of key internal stakeholders.
  • Overseeing the implementation of the organizational change management plan.
  • Developing targeted strategies to address the effects of change on personnel, organization, processes, tools, technology, and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in Organizational Change Management or related fields involving extensive change initiatives.
  • Proven track record of successfully guiding organizations through transformation initiatives and programs.
  • Experience in delivering change management within IT environments, Operations Technology, and Engineering Critical Business Systems.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to build relationships swiftly and confidently, fostering trust and collaboration with stakeholders; effectively managing both internal and external relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and insight into organizational challenges and issues.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality.

Educational Background:

  • Post-secondary degree or recognized equivalent.
  • Certification in Prosci or other change management methodologies is advantageous.
  • Project Management certification is a plus.
