Are you looking for a pivotal role in the Information and Technology Services division?

The Change Manager is responsible for formulating and steering the Change Management strategy to assist the Project Management Office (PMO) in effectively overseeing the execution and management of Yooralla's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Complying with all pertinent Victorian and Commonwealth legislation. Adhering to the Yooralla Code of Conduct and Employee Manual.

Specific Role Responsibilities

Design and implement a comprehensive change management strategy essential for successfully executing transformational change across Yooralla's strategic projects. Create and execute communication processes that bolster and propel change management initiatives associated with strategic projects. Ensure that change management plan dependencies, such as stakeholder engagement, future state impacts, change readiness, and sustainability, are recognized and managed at an organizational level. Advocate for and promote change management strategies grounded in analysis and comprehension of change impacts at an operational level to foster awareness and engagement among staff. Develop organizational change management methodologies and practices by facilitating ongoing capability development programs and organizational education. Provide guidance and coaching to Yooralla leadership in comprehending, influencing, embedding, and sustaining transformational change. Collaborate with and influence the Yooralla Communications Team, Learning & Development, and People & Culture specialists in crafting Change Management strategies and planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, HR, psychology, or a related field PROSCI Change Management Practitioner Certification (Desirable); PMBOK / Prince 2 Project Management Certification (Desirable)

Professional Experience

Extensive experience in Change Management supporting the delivery of cross-functional projects; a proven ability to drive change and set direction is essential. Managed a variety of change management projects throughout the entire project life cycle, ensuring effective implementation and sustainability of desired changes through stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution identification skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities. A solid customer focus background with commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities.
