The Change Manager is responsible for formulating and executing the Change Management strategy to assist the Project Management Office (PMO) in effectively overseeing the implementation and management of strategic initiatives at Yooralla.

Key Responsibilities

meeting and surpassing the NDIS Practice Standards and
Quality Indicators. Complying with all relevant Victorian and Commonwealth legislation. Adhering to the Yooralla Code of Conduct and Employee Manual.

Specific Role Responsibilities

Design and implement all facets of the change management strategy necessary for the successful execution of transformational change across Yooralla's strategic projects. Create and execute communication processes that support and promote change management initiatives associated with strategic projects. Ensure that change management plan dependencies, such as stakeholder engagement, future state impacts, change readiness, and sustainability, are recognized and managed at an organizational level. Advocate for and implement change management strategies based on a thorough analysis of change impacts to ensure staff awareness and engagement at all levels. Develop organizational change management methodologies and practices by facilitating ongoing capability development programs and organizational education. Provide guidance and coaching to Yooralla leadership in understanding, influencing, embedding, and sustaining transformational change. Collaborate with the Yooralla Communications Team, Learning & Development, and People & Culture specialists to formulate Change Management strategies and plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, HR, psychology, or a related field PROSCI Change Management Practitioner Certification (Desirable); PMBOK / Prince 2 Project Management Certification (Desirable)

Professional Experience

Extensive experience in Change Management supporting cross-functional project delivery; proven ability to drive change and set strategic direction is essential. Managed a variety of change management projects throughout the project life cycle, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement for successful implementation and sustainability of change. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution identification skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities. A solid customer focus with commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities.
