This position is tasked with spearheading change management initiatives associated with the Terminal Efficiencies Project. The focus is on crafting and executing change management strategies and plans that enhance employee engagement and utilization while reducing resistance to transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate, execute, and provide guidance on organizational change management strategies and plans, encompassing the following activities (but not limited to):
- Design effective organizational change management strategies.
- Conduct change impact assessments (e.g., scope of proposed changes, affected groups, organizational readiness for change, risks, etc.).
- Create comprehensive organizational change management plans, which include training and communication strategies.
- Contribute to, document requirements, and assist in the design and delivery of training programs.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Organizational Change and Public Relations/Marketing teams to support the design, development, delivery, and management of both internal and external communications.
- Manage the expectations of key internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation of the organizational change management plan.
- Devise targeted strategies to address the effects of change on personnel, organization, processes, tools, technology, leadership, and management.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in Organizational Change Management or related fields involving extensive change initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully guiding organizations through transformational initiatives and programs.
- Demonstrated experience in executing change management within IT environments, Operations Technology, and Engineering Critical Business Systems.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to establish relationships swiftly and confidently, fostering trust and collaboration with stakeholders; adept at managing both internal and external relationships.
- Strong business acumen and insight into organizational challenges and issues.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Educational Background:
- Post-secondary degree or recognized equivalent.
- Certification in Prosci or other change management methodologies is advantageous.
- Project Management certification is a plus.
