This position is tasked with overseeing change management initiatives related to the Terminal Efficiencies Project. Responsibilities include formulating and executing change management strategies that enhance employee engagement and utilization while reducing resistance to change. This role necessitates collaboration with a diverse team of business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and IT specialists to craft and implement the change management approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, execute, and provide guidance on organizational change management strategies and plans, which encompass the following activities (but are not limited to):
  • Design effective organizational change management strategies.
  • Conduct change impact assessments (i.e., scope of proposed changes, affected audiences, organizational readiness for change, risks, etc.).
  • Create organizational change management plans, including training and communication strategies.
  • Contribute to, document requirements, and assist in the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Organizational Change and Public Relations/Marketing teams to support the design, development, delivery, and management of both internal and external communications.
  • Manage the expectations of key internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the implementation of the organizational change management plan.
  • Develop targeted strategies to address the effects of change on personnel, organization, processes, tools, technology, leadership, and management.

Required Experience:

  • Significant experience in Organizational Change Management or related fields involving extensive change initiatives.
  • Proven track record of successfully guiding organizations through transformation initiatives and programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing change management within IT environments, Operations Technology, and Engineering Critical Business Systems.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to build relationships quickly and confidently, fostering trust and collaboration with stakeholders; adept at managing both internal and external relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and insight into organizational challenges and issues.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Certification in Prosci or another change management methodology is advantageous.
  • Project Management certification is also a plus.
