Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Organizational Change and Training Consultant to join our team at Collaborative Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our Organizational Change and Training (OC&T) practice, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in implementing Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Methodology Expertise: Develop and deliver comprehensive OC&T activities and project deliverables using CYNERGY, PROSCI, and OC&T methodologies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage difficult client relationships, provide best practices and recommendations, and escalate project risks to senior management.
  • Initiative Support: Drive small, internal OC&T initiatives and suggest projects that drive broader improvements.
  • Quality Work: Regularly produce high-quality work and provide feedback and support to junior resources.
  • Sales Support: Respond to RFPs, attend scoping calls, create estimates, and participate in Orals.
  • Training and Development: Serve as a Training or Culture Buddy for OC&T new hires.
Requirements
  • Workday Experience: 2 years' experience with Workday.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Project Experience: Successfully completed 2-4 end-to-end projects, serving as the OC&T Lead.
  • Certification: Current Workday Core HCM or Core Financials certification is an advantage.
