About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant at Change Group and Prosegur Change. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in the cashier line, mediating our main services: sale and purchase of currency
  • Continuous work against money laundering and training in current regulations and procedures
  • Management of administrative tasks to support and follow up our sales activities
  • Participation in sales initiatives and marketing projects
Requirements
  • Availability to work in night shift hours
  • Thriving in active customer meetings and constantly wanting to exceed customer expectations
  • Driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, managing various customer profiles and working towards set goals
  • Results-driven and service-oriented, with a focus on delivering the best possible service for the highest possible profitability
  • Flexible employee who can work in several of our branches, if necessary
  • Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to complete tasks accurately and on time
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with others
  • Some computer knowledge, mainly in Microsoft Office
  • Approved education at least upper secondary school level and experience in sales activities
  • Fluency in English, with fluency in other languages being advantageous
