  • Lead and Support Change Initiatives: Lead and support the execution of change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring open and transparent communication throughout the change process.
  • Communication and Training: Develop clear and concise communication materials to convey the purpose, benefits, and progress of change initiatives.
  • Metrics and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of change initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Change Manager, with a successful track record of managing complex organizational transformations.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
