Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to adolescents and families with trauma, promoting their well-being and resilience.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, working closely with clients, families, and service providers to ensure effective support.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Community Services or a graduate degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting adolescents and families with trauma, with a strong understanding of inter-generational trauma and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
