Key Responsibilities- Coordinate employment contract documentation to ensure successful candidates and managers are aware of terms and conditions of employment.
- Assist in the coordination and development of marketing collateral for various service lines to support the Careers team in securing top talent.
- Conduct market research and build network contacts to stay up-to-date on property market developments and identify sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other business service representatives to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- University degree qualified in Property or HR.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities at short notice.
- Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong interest in commercial property.
