  • Commercial Strategy & Realisation: Develop and implement short-term and long-term company strategy and objectives, covering areas such as multi-year resource prioritization, launch excellence, go-to-market models, and field team productivity.
  • CLT Governance: Partner with the country Managing Director and CLT to facilitate preparation and execution of business reviews and discussions.
  • HHDDA Partnership: Develop shared vision and objectives with HHDDA partners, encompassing holistic business needs in the market while supporting HHDDA's capability & talent development.
  • Compliance: Lead the compliance team to continue to embed compliance into day-to-day business practices, simplifying and streamlining processes, and ensuring company compliance policies and processes are managed and adhered to.
  • Business Operations: Oversee external Meeting Management, Customer Service working with wholesalers, and Learning and Development working with HR.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in a sales and marketing management role.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree qualification or higher. Desired Graduate Business Degree (MBA) with Marketing concentration.
  • Experience developing a holistic multi-year business strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to deliver and act upon relevant business insights.
  • Learning agility and ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Skilled strategic thinker with demonstrable expertise.
  • Intellectual curiosity.
  • Demonstrated successful commercial track record and strong business acumen.
  • High level of organisational awareness, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with and influence people at all levels of the organization, across divisions, and relevant external parties.
