- Business Operations: Oversee external Meeting Management, Customer Service working with wholesalers, and Learning and Development working with HR.
- 5 years' experience in a sales and marketing management role.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree qualification or higher. Desired: Graduate Business Degree (MBA) with Marketing concentration.
- Experience developing a holistic multi-year business strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to deliver and act upon relevant business insights.
- Learning agility and ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity.
