How You'll Excel as Front Office Manager

This key role ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of our Port Douglas resort, interacting with owners and guests, resort departments, and corporate teams as needed.

  • Lead and motivate the front office team
  • Direct and promote a positive working relationship between resort departments
  • Recruit, hire, and train to ensure adequate staffing levels within guidelines
  • Assist with planning policies and procedures

  • Proven management expertise
  • Availability and flexibility to meet with clients, including weekend shifts and public holidays
  • Demonstrated experience in motivating, inspiring, training, coaching, and disciplining employees
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to multitask and work productively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Resort Hospitality Management
