A Store / Workshop Manager role with Midas is not just a job, but a career move. They are seeking a Workshop Manager / Store Manager for their Port Kennedy site, and here is your opportunity for career advancement. Midas offers security of tenure, a pleasant, friendly working environment and career advancement opportunities for deserving staff. The branch trades Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings. This is a hands-on position and some on-the-tools work will be required along with front desk and management duties.

Applicants for this position must be fully qualified Cert lll level mechanics or technicians, and have been in a Store / Workshop Manager or Assistant Manager position previously, experienced Service Advisors can also apply. You must be seeking a long term position and have customer handling and staff management skills in addition to your mechanical skills. You will be able to cost up jobs and keep your promises to clients. In addition, you will be motivated equally by customer satisfaction as well as profitability.

Package consists of base salary with generous bonus scheme. A company vehicle is also negotiable for the right applicant.

Performance at the minimum sales level will see earnings of over $100k p.a.
