Looking to take the next step in your hospitality career in a beautiful coastal setting? 12 Rocks Beach Cafe in Port Campbell is seeking a passionate and capable 2IC - Front of House to support our FOH leadership team and deliver great customer experience.

**About the Role**:
As the 2IC FOH, you’ll work closely with our FOH Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, workflows, and a motivated front-of-house team. You’ll be a hands-on leader who leads by example during busy services and takes initiative behind the scenes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the FOH Manager with day-to-day floor operations
- Lead shifts and manage the team during service in the Manager’s absence
- Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation
- Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance feedback
- Help manage bookings, POS, and service flow
- Assist in stock control, ordering, and venue presentation

**What We're Looking For**:
Experience in a busy FOH role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisor capacity
Confident, calm communicator with strong team leadership skills
A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
RSA certificate (required) & coffee making experience preferred.
