How You'll Shine?

As a Night All Rounder, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Overnight operations of the front desk
• G reeting and registering of owners and guests
• P roviding information to local area attractions, completion of all department related paperwork
• U sing all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computers

What You'll Bring?

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience within a similar hotel position is highly regarded
• Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageous
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays
• Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
• Strong interpersonal skills and immaculate presentation/professional grooming standards
