Customer Service Representative Role

This role plays a vital part in our mission to provide excellent customer service to current and prospective clients who may present via phone, email, or in person. The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our crisis entry point and will welcome customers in person, providing support to our front desk service.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, being able to effectively liaise with various stakeholders, including vulnerable people. They will also have the ability to handle a high volume of work and prioritize effectively.
