The Customer Experience Consultant is the first point of contact for clients utilizing our salary packaging and novated leasing services.
Key responsibilities include managing client interactions, conducting face-to-face meetings, administering ongoing amendments to salary packaging arrangements, and participating in quality assurance projects.
This role requires strong communication skills, experience in fast-paced customer service environments, and a demonstrated passion for delivering customer service excellence.
Requirements- Previous experience in the salary packaging industry is highly regarded but not essential.
- Prior contact centre experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated motivation and passion for delivering customer service excellence.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
