Customer Success Advocate

As a Customer Success Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customers' experience. Based in Perth, AU, this position will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless transitions and successful implementations. Act as a technical subject matter expert guiding users through system use and optimization.
- Relationship Management: Foster long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, respond to customer inquiries, and provide guidance on software capabilities to meet business needs.
- Product Adoption and Engagement: Monitor usage patterns, identify opportunities for increased adoption, inform customers about new features, and work with product teams to relay customer feedback.
- Renewal and Expansion: Work with sales teams to ensure timely renewals and identify potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant field.
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- Proficiency in SaaS products and help desk software.
