As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' IT infrastructure remains operational by proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective support to ensure minimal disruption to their services.

About the Role:

  • Monitor client infrastructure and solutions to identify potential issues before they occur.
  • Investigate first-line incidents, identify root causes, and implement resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Provide telephonic or chat support to clients, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule maintenance activity windows for patching and configuration changes to ensure seamless service continuity.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored support solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
  • Certifications relevant to the services provided (certifications carry additional weightage on a candidate's qualification for the role).
  • Relevant certifications include CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Certified: Solutions Architect - Associate, Veeam Certified Engineer, VMware certified Professional: Data Centre Virtualization, Zerto, pure, vxrail, Google Cloud Platform (gcp), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (oci).
