Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in business development by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Generate leads and actively look for potential clients to grow our customer base
  • SOURCE candidates, build and maintain a database of available, skilled people
  • Identify candidate skills to match appropriately with vacancies and work closely with specialists to understand recruitment strategies
  • Admin tasks to support the smooth operation of our team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a self-motivated mindset, a positive can-do attitude, ability to take initiative and be reliable, as well as your proactive and self-motivated approach.

You will also need to adopt and promote EBR's core values and behaviours.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is estimated at around $40,000 - $50,000 per annum based on the location and industry standards.
