Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled recruitment specialist to join our team at Capability HR. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical and shared services recruitment, with a focus on filling vacancies across various regions.

Role 1: Strategic Recruitment Specialist (Technical and Shared Services)

Sector: Security and Technology Solutions
Duration: 3 months
Reports To: Regional HR Manager

About the Role:

You will support the Regional HRM in managing a temporary surge in recruitment demand. Your key responsibilities will include conducting vacancy briefings with hiring managers, sourcing candidates via advertisements and agencies, screening and shortlisting candidates, and supporting hiring managers through interviews and hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough vacancy briefings with hiring managers to understand their requirements.
  • Source high-quality candidates through targeted advertising and agency partnerships.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes and timely hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in technical and shared services roles.
  • Familiarity with Australian market and Asian experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Resourceful and process-driven, with a keen eye for detail.

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Role 2: Recruitment Coordinator (Banking Sector)

Sector: Banking and Financial Services
Duration: January-August
Reports To: Talent Acquisition Business Partner/HR Manager

About the Role:

This role supports a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, focusing on delivering exceptional candidate experiences and ensuring seamless recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify top talent.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with offshore service providers to manage administrative tasks and ensure efficient onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and business partner teams to align recruitment strategies and improve candidate engagement.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Avature preferred).
  • Recruitment or HR experience essential, with a proven track record of success.

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
