Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the recruitment process for multiple projects from start to finish
  • Partnering with Project and Account Managers to recruit a wide range of roles for high-profile clients and projects
  • Engaging with existing candidates to source, select, and manage IT professionals throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinating with all departments/states to requisition employees following established standards, policies, and procedures
  • Creating and maintaining personnel files to ensure accurate records at all times
  • Assisting the HR Director as required with annual HR training and activities, including performance management, remuneration initiatives, and employee benefits/engagement
Desired Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in a IT/Recruitment Human Resources position (ideally with at least one year experience in IT recruitment)
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to partner with key managers across the business
  • A high degree of attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, negotiate, and encourage others
  • Creative thinking with a continuous improvement perspective
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
