Senior HR Manager Opportunity in Regional NSW

Oxygen Recruitment & HR is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Manager to join our team in Orange, NSW. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic regional setting, building on an established HR model and driving business growth.

About the Role:

  • Manage 3 direct reports and influence key people decisions across the organisation.
  • Responsible for the full life cycle of an employee, ensuring key items such as HR frameworks, performance reviews, training and remuneration strategy are executed well.
  • Work closely with stakeholder groups across the business, providing strategic HR advice and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
  • Development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal departments for related projects or issues arising.
  • Employee relations and engagement.

Requirements:

  • A degree qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR generalist, ideally in a blue-collar or outdoor industry.
  • Ability to interpret awards and understand the Fair Work Act.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
