This 7-month fixed-term contract offers a chance to grow professionally and develop your expertise in human resources. Your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, ensuring that you stay engaged and motivated throughout the duration.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of hiring needs and manage recruitment timelines to ensure seamless candidate selection and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners to drive key business initiatives forward and achieve outstanding results.
  • Analyze data from engagement surveys, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Perform regular personnel file checks to guarantee compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching on employment conditions, policy interpretation, and performance management to empower employees and optimize their contributions.
  • Review exit interviews to identify trends and opportunities for growth and development.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR advisory position.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary package, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. The estimated salary for this position is around $85,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the current market rate.
