Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to CEO to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership support group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our CEO, handling high-level communications and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, prioritizing tasks and scheduling meetings to maximize productivity.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and executive reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
  • Organize logistics for workshops and events.
  • Support the CEO in project management, ensuring deadlines are met and following up on deliverables.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with the financial services sector.
  • A degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management and communication tools.
