About the Role

As a Strategic Operations Coordinator for the Asia Pacific (APAC) Leadership Team, you will be the indispensable right-hand to four senior executives overseeing HR, Commercial, and Marketing functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring seamless meeting coordination, tracking action items, and follow-ups to optimize lead times;
  2. Assisting in meeting preparation by coordinating materials and taking notes;
  3. Coordinating team travel, arranging flights, accommodation, and preparing trip itineraries;
  4. Supporting the planning of Functional Offsites in various markets, including logistics, research, location arrangement, team activities, and training materials setup;
  5. Communicating effectively across all business levels and acting as the main point of contact for administrative tasks within the APAC region;
  6. Providing general business assistance to senior executives, including administration, meeting coordination, monthly department reporting, expense submission, and ad-hoc presentation coordination;
  7. Collaborating with the APAC Head Coach Executive Assistant to fulfill regional conferences and events on an annual basis;
  8. Managing distribution lists, organizational charts, and team business reporting for executives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant;
  • Strong proficiency in MSFT Suite skills, particularly in MSFT Teams, OneNote, and Concur Systems;
  • Exceptional administration, time management, and organisational skills;
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to leverage relationships and achieve successful outcomes in multicultural environments;
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
