About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Channel Growth Manager to develop and execute a wholesale channel strategy across Australia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners, installers, and resellers.
  • Build strong relationships with solar, battery, and EV industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support channel success.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years experience in Sales, Business Development or Channel Sales with a proven track record.
  • Background in EV, solar, or battery storage industries.
  • A built up network across distributors and wholesalers is an advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-starter with a passion for clean tech and innovation.
