
Asia Channel Partner Growth Manager

Business growth and expansion are top priorities for Alteryx, and they're seeking a highly skilled Partner Account Manager to lead the charge in Asia. This key role will be responsible for accelerating and scaling the growth of channel partner sales across the region.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in alliances, business development, channel and/or direct sales, with a strong focus on channel development and sales. They'll need to be able to intelligently recruit and develop capable, committed, and scalable partners, as well as build and maintain strong relationships with diverse internal and partner constituencies.
Responsibilities:- Overall responsibility for the Asia channel component of the partner ecosystem
- Recruit, onboard, and develop committed, capable, and scalable channel partners to generate new business in existing accounts and new markets
- Establish Alteryx as the premier analytics partner, demonstrated by a measurable joint pipeline with focus partners
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development leadership to align go-to-market activities in specific industries and territories
- Develop and tactically execute GTM plans, including lead generation activities, sales motions, training/education, and development of joint offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success for strategic company initiatives involving working with strategic channel partners
- Provide consistent partner management to ensure that partners are developing their sales, pre-sales, and delivery capabilities in line with strategy
- Ability to make a notable impact within the first 90 days, focusing on building a strong pipeline of channel relationships driving significant revenue
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Alliances, Business Development, Channel and/or Direct Sales
- Demonstrated ability to intelligently recruit and develop capable, committed, and scalable partners
- Strategic thinker able to blend technology and business strategy to develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives
- Ability to create thoughtful and compelling business cases highlighting revenue growth opportunities
- Strong understanding of the Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics market space
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to all levels of management
